Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

Webex App is used in the company as the main communication tool with vendors and partners. We create several groups as supports with the maintenance partners in which is reporting events and in cases is needed schedule meeting. Also, is used to be the way to communicate the sales team with clients. Internally also is used to schedule meeting with external persons or demonstration meetings.

Webex App is well suited when you need only an app to communicated and do a video conference with others, also to create groups with external of your organization with publics mails and not necessary corporative. Could no be well suited if you need a collaboration solution in which you can share files or integrate with your pbx, because if you need this you need other Webex solutions that is sell separate.

Cisco Hybrid Work

  • Working from an office or other company space
We already implemented Hybrid work combining some days from home and other in the office. We are been working hybrid more or less 3 years and until now all is fine without problem. The coworker are happy and the company too of been working like this resulting with satisfied environment
We use Cisco webex for internal comunication and to be in contact with external users. We choice it because is compatible with most of the operation system used by external users
