Wrike is great for helping us to keep track of artwork. We use Wrike for artwork on our finished goods we produce and it helps us keep everything moving in a streamlined workflow and holds everyone accountable. I love the speed of the system and how well it works for our industry, Food and Beverage.

Wrike is very well suited for artwork / proofing approvals for our company. The workflows are streamline and efficient and can work with a large number of reviewers at one time. The one area of improvement I would like to see is in regards to dashboards and metrics around what is currently in process. Maybe we are not using all the functionality but from what I have seen it looks fairly limited.

We use Wrike to manage creative projects through all the steps and approval processes. Marketers open jobs and agencies, legal, regulatory all have access at different stages to provide edits and feedback. It is also used to story final files for reference for future jobs.

Pros

Clarity around who needs to review.
Clarity around steps of projects and when to move to the next one.
Clarity around ownership of steps.

Cons

Organizing your jobs.
Quick access to jobs that are being worked on.
Communication about steps - often too many emails.

I really like the Wrike system for knowing when there is a new job and for determing the stage the job is in. I think the in-app functionality for reviewing is robust and easy to use. I wish that the notification system was a little more nuanced - I always feel like I get 3-4 emails about the same thing. And sometimes I get emails about really old things. That is mysterious to me.

Wrike is how we manage tasks across our department. It is supposed to help us stay organized and keep tasks moving along. Tasks get created and tracked, various statuses are assigned, tasks are completed. There are a few pain points but it seems to be hard to give a task management software that can meet everyones needs and this seems to get the job done.

Feedback and comments seem to be the strong suit for our use case</li><li>Customization: Wrike seems to have a lot of ways to customize your workflow, including creating custom tags or categories for tasks. However how to use them is a bit unclear and because there are many ways to use the software it is hard to get everyone on a uniform workflow</li><li>Collaboration: If you are using the software as part of a team, it has great collaboration features such as the ability to assign tasks to team members and communicate within the software.</li></ul>

I found it difficult to use and I had to request that people email or text me directly when updating time-sensitive tasks. At most times it would take 2 hours before I would see a notification email that a task was updated. Occasionally it would be days before seeing notifications. The delay in notifications left me working on Christmas Day to update parts of our site.

Pros

Puts everybody in a group setting regardless of physical location.
When working properly it can be quite effective to get projects done on time.
It tracks projects so that you don't forget them.

Cons

Delays in notifications can go from a few minutes but more frequently hours to days.

I ended up working this past Christmas day because of the delay in the notifications. At this point we had a live sale on our site notifications were coming in hours later. We have moved on from Wrike and I'm thankful for that. Our new software notifies consistently in 2 minutes.

One of the fundamental methods to arrange and control our workflow in Wrike is through projects. We can make a project in the workspace for each of our key responsibilities, then divide each project into individual tasks along with subtasks. We also employ folders, which provide us the ability to group related jobs to increase our organizational flexibility.

Pros

A basic framework can be built around a variety of responsibilities.
Different levels may be utilized for the same project to segment based on clients, products, procedures, etc.
The framework of the project can gradually evolve and can adapt to shifting circumstances as well as reporting requirements.

Cons

Document co-editing feature in Wrike
Adding tables in the comment
Co-authoring of MS office files.

The advantage of having across the board place is an extraordinary commitment. Furthermore, helps a ton that the whole group is involving one single spot for all hierarchical stuff. Logging the bugs was exceptionally simple and I preferred how I received robotized messages back when the dev group dealt with my tickets so I could stay aware of progress.

Our content and design teams use Wrike as a SOT for all client accounts and projects. Blueprints are created for easy project setup on new accounts or renewing contracts. This allows us to quickly build out project timelines, delegate work, and document progress. With the ability to create dashboards, we can easily view assigned tasks and deadlines for successful project execution.

Missing the ability to sort and save inbox messages. I would like to be able to make folders to keep certain messages handy for reference and set follow up reminders.

We used Wrike to report and solve IT issues within our personalized software. Software issues could lead to incorrect form filing or a delay on completed work, which affects client satisfaction. Wrike allowed us to collaborate on reported issues and find a fix for them. Usage of Wrike was company-wide and used to communicate fixable issues.

Wrike was great at creating tasks, assigning them and providing updates and status on when they were being worked on, if there were issue and when work was complete. It allowed us to track ontime delivery, where there were gaps in our process where. It was easy to onboard people in the platform and generate basic reporting. Where the platform struggled was with attachments and natively opening them up. Being an IT group we used to get a lot of attachments on requests and a lot of time had to export them from Wrike to be able to open them.

We currently use Wrike to help us manage project requests from outside departments. By funneling all projects requests through Wrike, this allows us to auto filter the types of request we receive and by department/team. We can then easily discuss, assign and prioritize. This allows us all to stay on the same page and easily keep all parties in the loop.

In the past we would receive requests by email and or event sometimes by a text. Formalizing the process has helped keep everyone in the loop and on task.
