Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike to manage creative projects through all the steps and approval processes. Marketers open jobs and agencies, legal, regulatory all have access at different stages to provide edits and feedback. It is also used to story final files for reference for future jobs.

Pros

  • Clarity around who needs to review.
  • Clarity around steps of projects and when to move to the next one.
  • Clarity around ownership of steps.

Cons

  • Organizing your jobs.
  • Quick access to jobs that are being worked on.
  • Communication about steps - often too many emails.
  • Wrike keeps our projects on track, and project initiators honest and on the ball.

I really like the Wrike system for knowing when there is a new job and for determing the stage the job is in. I think the in-app functionality for reviewing is robust and easy to use. I wish that the notification system was a little more nuanced - I always feel like I get 3-4 emails about the same thing. And sometimes I get emails about really old things. That is mysterious to me.
