Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Wrike is great for helping us to keep track of artwork. We use Wrike for artwork on our finished goods we produce and it helps us keep everything moving in a streamlined workflow and holds everyone accountable. I love the speed of the system and how well it works for our industry, Food and Beverage.

We have seen expedited timelines using this system, it has been a true cost reducer. Not only has it saved us cost but it has also saved us time which is incredibly useful in our word as we need to move with pace in order to stay innovative in our industry.
Workflows happen at the push of a button and go wherever they are needed. It couldn't be simpler to use both for the initiator as well as the people within the workflow.
In many ways it is similar and somewhat of a clone of Wrike however the system tended to be significantly slower when being used by our team. Not sure if that was related to our connection internally or not but when we switched to Wrike it worked significantly faster but we didn't change any of our networking internally.

Wrike is very well suited for artwork / proofing approvals for our company. The workflows are streamline and efficient and can work with a large number of reviewers at one time. The one area of improvement I would like to see is in regards to dashboards and metrics around what is currently in process. Maybe we are not using all the functionality but from what I have seen it looks fairly limited.

It does it helps us get things done while people are working remotely or away from the office. We often have staff that are working at remote facilities or travelling so this is helpful.
Board view is the one we use the most.
Board view, the ability to use this view allows us to take everything in and see what's happening. Works great for metrics.
Cutting edge and sleek UI.
Yes, because we often can't use our laptops at certain facilities so this helps us get things done when we are "on the floor".
It was smooth sailing, probably one of the easiest ones. User training is the only thing I'd recommend someone invest in.
