Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Wrike is how we manage tasks across our department. It is supposed to help us stay organized and keep tasks moving along. Tasks get created and tracked, various statuses are assigned, tasks are completed. There are a few pain points but it seems to be hard to give a task management software that can meet everyones needs and this seems to get the job done.

  • Ease of use: Wrike should be more easy to navigate and use, the interface seems to be the biggest challenge.
  • Features: Wrike is extremely robust, it allow you to create tasks, set due dates, assign tasks to team members, and track progress. Feedback and comments seem to be the strong suit for our use case
  • Customization: Wrike seems to have a lot of ways to customize your workflow, including creating custom tags or categories for tasks. However how to use them is a bit unclear and because there are many ways to use the software it is hard to get everyone on a uniform workflow
  • Collaboration: If you are using the software as part of a team, it has great collaboration features such as the ability to assign tasks to team members and communicate within the software.
