We have been using Zoho Analytics to track the Sales Pipeline, Customer Services, Employees performance, etc... Some of the business problems that we have been observing in Zoho Analytics is that the Data syncing is not Real Time. It takes quite some time for the data to get fetched from the source to the Zoho Analytics. That shows data mismatch between the Two Applications. There must be a real time data integration possible.

I appreciate that Zoho Analytics is deeply integrated into the overall Zoho platform. We used to have to import all kinds of different information from different sources, and it was a huge pain to create some of our reports every single month. Since using Zoho Analytics, we have been able to get info like click-through rates or rejected emails directly fed into it. It has been a considerable time saver having that integration.

Zoho Analytics excels when integrating data from various platforms, especially when using multiple Zoho apps or other third-party tools. Although Zoho Analytics can handle large datasets reasonably well, we’ve experienced performance issues when visualizing huge volumes of data in real-time, especially when integrating with external databases.
