Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Analytics

We use Zoho Analytics to see where we are in sales and to track our lead information.

Pros

  • It creates charts for our data.
  • It allows us to keep relevant data all in one place.
  • It is easy to read.

Cons

  • There is sometimes data we want that doesn't pull correctly because of blueprint status.
  • Zoho has allowed me to properly manage my pipeline.
  • It has allowed me to see what lead channels are most profitable.
Most reports are easy and convenient to use. Once in a while, one will stop functioning correctly, and we need to readjust, but we are very happy with it. Last month, there was an issue with Zoho moving incredibly slowly, which frustrated us, but overall, we were satisfied.
Our tech team has done a great job navigating Zoho's capabilities, but we haven't yet begun using the AI statistical analysis in my role.
