Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Analytics

It helps analyze spending across different cards from different vendors coded to the same GL or for similar purposes. Comparing the data, trends can easily be seen and help identify areas for improvement. The data is provided in an easy-to-read layout, which is very helpful. The platform is a good way to review data.

The platform presents some significant data and insight into the spending trend. While the graphics are great for presenting the information to other team members and management, predictive forecasting could use improvement. The drill-down and customization could also improve. The platform does produce some great insight when it reads the data.
The system appears to handle large data volumes from different platforms and present the information in a standard format. While the information is helpful, the insight and analytics are very interesting and provide a return on investment. The next part is how the users use that data insight to make decisions.
Looker is more of a database. Build your own customization data sets and reporting. At the same time, Looker's forecasting tool seems more accurate. I like Zoho's visual analytics of the data more. Zoho is better for presenting the data to others, while Looker is more raw data, drilling down into the numbers review.

It was great at reviewing and analyzing credit card spending activity across multiple credit cards and different processors used across different merchants. For example, going to the gas stations BP station 1 and BP station 4, the review identified both and provided good insight without much adjusting the date.
