Best tool currently available in the market. I have been using the tool for more than half a year now and although the customer service could be better in my opinion it is still something that I would use in-case of an emergency. I would recommend the tool to daily users who are fed-up with Salesforce and it's rigorous processes

When it comes to sales and deal management the software has some very nice options where it is very easy to manage the layout, the fields and the information that you want to present to yourself and to your colleagues. It is generally a very easy to use UI and lead generation with the scan app is something that cannot be easier
We started using Zoho CRM this year to unify our marketing and sales activities. Prior to moving to Zoho CRM Plus we used muliple platforms which made it difficult to collaborate and integrate our marketing efforts with our sales team. We had to keep track of lead generation through spreadhseets from our lead forms. Our email campaigns and sales campaigns were sent through different application meaning we had to keep track of customer data in different places. Now with Zoho CRM Plus we all have our own license which allows for collaboration among teams.
Pros
Zoho Social is the perfect app for managing social media channels
Zoho SalesIQ is an eye opener for gettting to know website visits
Zoho Campaigns provides a simple way to automate campaigns
Zoho CRM is a customizable platform that empowers sellers through actionable data and resources.
Cons
Zoho CRM could be a challange to customized, specifically blueprints and workflows

Every company needs to have a process for their sales and marketing. Zoho CRM Plus makes it simple to integrate your process which then empowers any company to increase their presnece online and offline, track visits to their website, generate leads and manage their customer relations. All this in one platform where you only have to log in once.
Very Expensive for small companies, also force you to take things you won't need and can't be de-selected, very bad client service, looks good and all that but very expensive!! Don't bother better priced with similar usage out there i'm sure.

We manage a tourism website. In that we use various Zoho CRM products like CRM, Sales IQ, Analytics, Sales Inbox, Projects to manage the customer information and bookings. Zoho was extremely helpful in tracking our customer communication and cross selling and up selling our offerings.
Pros
Zoho Sales IQ was helpful in connecting with our customers and knowing their location to advise packages based on their location.
CRM was helpful in recording all the conversations we had customers and their deals and date of visit.
Analytics was helpful to identify the customer visit information and our profitability calculation
Cons
Auto linking of customer's social media profiles to his contact.
Likelihood to Recommend
Sales IQ is well suited for communication.
Telephony feature is not supported in India is a drawback for us.
We use it every day as a base to deal with our clients and keep track of emails, tasks, and phone calls. We use it monthly for campaigns. Sales IQ lets me know when someone is visiting our site, and I can start conversations with them. Social also me to post and engage from one platform.
Pros
Emails are automatically populated for contacts. No need to search inbox for conversations
Reports are easy to customize and use to track different aspects of our business and see where we are in the sales cycle
Survey allows me to see the bounce rate, who open and how many times, and rates responders, so we know who to contact immediately
Cons
Does not integrate with Microsoft word 2019 seamlessly. I understand Zoho Writer is the preferred method; however, fonts and layouts are not to Word's standards. I need to apply for a workaround to every letter.
I cannot send an email from Gmail. I need to use Zoho mail or Outlook. The workaround is to copy the email address and paste it into Gmail. The good thing is Gmail syncs with Zoho, so the outgoing and incoming emails do link with contacts. Ideally, I would like to use 1 platform.
Calendar should have options so priorities could be listed by color. Or, as an overview, I could see all users in a different color.

Starting with campaigns, once we send the campaign out, prospects who open it are moved into the sales funnel; the sales team then calls or emails the prospect. Our VOIP works in conjunction with Zoho CRM Plus, so phone calls are logged into the contact. And generates another call, letter, or appointment with the client on the Zoho calendar. Emails are sent through Gmail since Zoho CRM Plus does not work with Gmail. The client's email must be copied and pasted into Gmail. (responses are tracked in the Zoho CRM Plus). Once the sales team meets with the client and starts the process, it turns into an "opportunity" where all stages in the sale are tracked. We mail merge the contact info to the correct letter template, then download it into "Word," where the letter is proofed and corrected as necessary (Zoho merge does not allow you to work in "Word" 2019). When finalized, it is then uploaded back into Zoho CRM Plus under the Opportunity. The sale then continues through the process, and once signed off on, all the details of the job are logged into the Zoho CRM Plus. When the job is completed and closed out, Zoho CRM Plus automatically sends the client a thank you email. The client will then can biannual automatic emails reminding them to set up their bi-annual inspection.
Our field sales reps use the system to manage deals and submit orders along with managing their accounts and related contacts. We have multiple custom modules within the system to help reps also. The system has a decent task engine where any record can have tasks and those tasks from any module all appear on one screen. We also use reporting dashboards extensively.
Pros
Manage tasks.
Decent dashboard reporting.
Easy to use.
Easy to customize.
Cons
Managing attachments. Limited space for each user and you can’t easily delete attachments in bulk so if you reach your limit it becomes expensive to buy more space or labor-intensive to find and delete attachments manually.
You can’t filter accounts by their related module fields. For example, in list view, filter all accounts with more than one contact.

Bang for buck you can’t beat it but be prepared for missing features and poor support. Features that are missing are always “in the roadmap” but take years to be delivered. A great system but becoming increasingly frustrating to use. Promised features are years behind planned release dates. A language barrier exists with support. It is very difficult to explain the most simplistic of issues. Their live chat support is very frustrating to use as a 3 question conversation can take an hour because support is probably handling 10 different chats at the same time!
Zoho CRM Plus is the suite that offers 10 products under 1 unified interface. It's extremely easy to work in CRM, handle Sales IQ Chats, fip to Zoho Analytics, Desk, Projects, and Marketing. All apps exist in a left navigation menu and the interface is extremely intuitive to use. We needed a flexible solution and were fed up with Salesforce's games and migrated to Zoho and never looked back.
Pros
Easy to switch between apps.
Unified interface.
Very easy to administer.
Cons
Add marketing automation to the package.
Add Zoho Forms to the package.
Give the ability to hide Apps to certain user roles in left CRM Plus navigation.
Likelihood to Recommend
We can handle Sales and Marketing in the same package. CRM, SalesIQ, Zoho Analytics are key for our Sales Team. While our IT Marketing Team can utilize the remaining applications. It's a great mix of Zoho products and assembled in an easy bundle.

We use Zoho CRM Plus extensively throughout the organization. Salespeople use the CRM, marketing people use the marketing tools. Operations people also use CRM and Cliq to manage tasks on order fulfillment.
Pros
The ability to customize the CRM is unmatched
The ease of integration with other Zoho apps is excellent
The sales automation allows us to do more in less time
The value of the package saves us tens of thousands each year
Cons
The CRM does not have dynamic formula fields. You must edit the record to calculate a new formula field. A simple viewing of the record will not re-calculate the field.
Subforms on records are great but not being able to use these in email templates is a missing feature.

Zoho CRM Plus is well suited to companies with an IT-savvy administrator. To get the best out of this software you need to go beyond basic point and click interfaces. The ability to write and implement custom functions that extend the application is huge but it does take time to navigate the learning curve. If you want a ready-to-go system that is all point and clicks Zoho CRM Plus might not be the best for you. If you want a system that can be completely tailored to your organization rather than tailoring the company to the software then Zoho CRM Plus is for you!

Zoho CRM Plus was purchased as part of the Zoho One platform. With several leftover databases from acquired companies, and our older data (from Nutshell), we needed to implement a single CRM to drive our sales and operations teams. We use the CRM to keep track of leads, deals, and accounts (as I'm sure most do). We were seeking a solution in sales to operationalize the 'speed-to-lead' live leads (through companies like BuyerZone), as well as handle acquired lead lists we wanted to call through. As we continued to uncover the feature set, we also implemented automated email blasts to nurture leads. In Operations, we utilized Zoho CRM Plus to handle important notifications of statuses of our existing clients. For example, clients on the cusp of cancellation would trigger notification and changing of fields to help our customer service team to go through their processes. In time we optimized as many processes as we could using the workflows. This includes automating task lists, email notifications, and more. We've even started exploring the 'Canvas' feature to better optimize the productivity of our teams.
Pros
Workflows and Automations allow you to trigger nearly any advanced functions you could imagine to improve productivity.
Integrated email blast and parser.
Canvas UI builder allows you to reorganize content into the best configuration depending on the team members.
Cons
Automations and certain functions do need to be hard-coded... so a steep learning curve depending on your need.
PhoneBridge integration was not available for our system.
Integrated email inboxes are NOT related to ZohoMail, which means you can end up managing 2 inboxes.

For small to medium-sized businesses, you can't get a more robust CRM system for the money. Because of the ease of use of the workflow builder in a single day I was able to set up complex automation that triggered notifications and emails to both customer and sales team members based on actions on a landing page I built elsewhere in Zoho (Zoho Sites). Was able to make a CRM lead intake form on the site tie directly to the CRM such that a new lead got an introductory email from the company, assigned to a specific sales team member based on certain answers on the form, and then that sales team member received a direct message to their phone to take next steps. We also created automated task lists populated based on certain actions. For example, when a deal was 'Closed/Won', it triggers automated emails to the operations teams, and a 16 step implementation process is assigned to various team members to usher the new account into production.
