Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM Plus

We manage a tourism website. In that we use various Zoho CRM products like CRM, Sales IQ, Analytics, Sales Inbox, Projects to manage the customer information and bookings. Zoho was extremely helpful in tracking our customer communication and cross selling and up selling our offerings.
  • Zoho Sales IQ was helpful in connecting with our customers and knowing their location to advise packages based on their location.
  • CRM was helpful in recording all the conversations we had customers and their deals and date of visit.
  • Analytics was helpful to identify the customer visit information and our profitability calculation
  • Auto linking of customer's social media profiles to his contact.

  • Its helpful tremendously to record all our sales activity so that we can focus on improving which areas are not performing well.
Pricing is a matter in my selection of Zoho CRM compared to Freshworks CRM.

Telephony feature is not supported in India is a drawback for us.
