Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM Plus
Our field sales reps use the system to manage deals and submit orders along with managing their accounts and related contacts. We have multiple custom modules within the system to help reps also. The system has a decent task engine where any record can have tasks and those tasks from any module all appear on one screen. We also use reporting dashboards extensively.
Pros
- Manage tasks.
- Decent dashboard reporting.
- Easy to use.
- Easy to customize.
Cons
- Managing attachments. Limited space for each user and you can’t easily delete attachments in bulk so if you reach your limit it becomes expensive to buy more space or labor-intensive to find and delete attachments manually.
- You can’t filter accounts by their related module fields. For example, in list view, filter all accounts with more than one contact.
- Mobile access.
- Ease of use.
- Additional software such as Social and Marketing included in bundle.
- Very good value for money.
- It does an ok job at many things.
- A wide variety of apps but they are generally not very deep.
- The integration between most apps is less than what is promised.
Zoho CRM is very customizable but compared to Salesforce it is a lot more buggy. Support is lacking but you get what you pay for. Overall we are happy but only because we are not paying a fortune!
