Zoho Meeting, it's time to give it a try

Rating: 10 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it as our internal and external meeting platform. The two business problems we were working to address were 1) the cost of competing products, and 2) the integration with the rest of the Zoho products that we use. Specifically, we use Zoho Bookings as our external scheduling solution. This is where our future and current clients go to schedule meetings with the team. There are native and easy o setup integrations between Zoho Bookings and Zoho Meeting, which makes it nice for the team.

Pros

  • Integrations with other Zoho Products
  • Limited/no downloads needed for our clients to use
  • Easy sharing and collaboration

Cons

  • The ability to record the live video with a screen share

Likelihood to Recommend

It's best used with Zoho Bookings or other Zoho Products that integrate to it. I am unsure how it's used with other booking solutions since we use all Zoho products. It's also really nice to start quick internal meetings from Zoho Cliq, Mail, etc.

Easy Meeting Setup And Fantastic Features

Rating: 9 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Zoho Meeting is an online conference software that allows us to share HD audio and video screens. Using Zoho Meeting, we will be able to host online meetings and improve communication among our departments. It is also used to provide technical support to customers who have additional questions about our products or services. It's simple to use and adaptable to a wide range of situations. Adapting to my needs, it's perfect. In terms of online and remote collaboration, it has a wide range of valuable features. So we can stay in touch and respond quickly, reducing problem-solving time.

Pros

  • Web-based meetings with audio and video conferencing that are genuinely interactive are now possible thanks to these innovative tools.
• Screen sharing and application sharing options and remote access to other devices make it simple for anyone to use.
  • Audio and video, polls, and recording capabilities are available for valuable presentations, product promotions, and webinars.

Cons

  • The connection is unstable, and the interface is unappealing. Meetings and webinars lack proper HD video support.
  • There is no user or meeting management when you are in one video conference with this service.
  • New and exciting features and upgrades should be added to the application to keep people interested in the sessions.

Likelihood to Recommend

Anyone who needs assistance with a work-related issue can take advantage of this service. Because of this, the entire company benefits from increased effectiveness, openness, and output in all areas. Sharing a computer's screen has been an enormous help. Stability issues increase when a major meeting occurs. Make sure you buy the paid version because you won't find a good free version.

  • Other than this I am extremely delighted to use this application.

Zoho Meeting- Best conferencing application available in the market

Rating: 9 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Zoho Meeting has recently subscribed by my organization (post the identification of security issues in Zoom) for a small number of teams (just to know the software better and to ascertain if it would be a practical solution for my organization needs). As I am part of a team [that] uses Zoho Meeting, I can ensure that this platform is one of the best that I have used till now. As Zoho Meeting is still growing as per my understanding, I am expecting the GUI of Zoho Meeting to become even better as the days pass by. As far as the business problems are considered since I am the moderator in almost all my meetings, this platform helps me a lot in sending out quick surveys, polls, questions within meetings, and at the end of the meeting I am able to download the results of these surveys which ultimately helps me to get to know my team better. The well-maintained structure of the output .csv survey file really helped me a lot to get to know my team and clients better.

Pros

  • Embed meeting link feature- The feature is unique to Zoho Meeting and helps attach meeting link to website, thus anyone accessing [the] website can join the meeting with just one click of a button.
  • Surveys and questions are prepared pretty seamlessly in Zoho Meeting as compared to other video conferencing applications.
  • As mentioned earlier, webinar analytics i.e. the way all the questions and surveys data is presented in .csv file is very easy to understand and helps the team lead a lot in understanding and getting to know the team better.

Cons

  • I would certainly like to highlight that the webinar prices (monthly) as a bit on the higher side and [I feel it] might not be the best suited for a person starting creating a webinar on his new business. Therefore, just the webinar pricing (and not the meetings pricing) could be corrected a bit.
  • For me, it felt like the GUI of Zoho Meeting is a bit on the funkier side and else professionals working in IT might not be ultimately happy with the funkier colors used on the home page.
  • [I believe] the integrated applications under Zoho One also needs some more integration with Zoho Meeting so that a layman can also easily understand [the] usage of all the connected applications.

Likelihood to Recommend

I would definitely like to say that for a team lead who sends pie charts, surveys and questions to the teams, this software would be his best choice as the analytics of this all data by Zoho Meeting is one of the best in the market.

The only downside of Zoho Meeting is its webinar pricing which could be a bit tough to pay for NGO's or less earning companies.

A very much user-friendly tool for meeting, interview, webinar etc.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am using this app from last one year. I have used this app for various purposes like attending the meeting, webinar sometimes. This tool is so simple to use and its interface is very very user friendly. To schedule a meeting or a webinar is quite simple. We just need to click on new meeting and fill the details and mention the emails address for the joinee. To attend the meeting is also very simple, we just need to enter the meeting key to join. We are using this tool for the meeting purpose in my organization.

Pros

  • Very very simple to use
  • Audio quality is very much clear
  • We have the recording facility with this tool, so we can record the meeting or webinar for the future purpose
  • We get the upcoming meeting and past meeting in the home page so we have less chance to miss any meeting.
  • we can share the screen and can give the control to others as well.

Cons

  • It's interface is not that attractive.
  • We need a good bandwidth for this tool to use.
  • Since, we get the 14 days trial only so you need to pay for this app .
  • They charges as per the user and joinee.

Likelihood to Recommend

We can use this tool for the meetings, webinars, conferences purposes. This is quite simple tool and very much user-friendly. You will get all your upcoming and past meetings on the home page only so there is less chance of missing any meetings. To create a new meeting is also very simple we just need the email ID for the joinee and if we want to join the meeting we just need the meeting key. I loved this tool. But this tool is not free. you will get only 14 days trial and then you have to pay as per the user and joinee.

Zoho Meeting is widely used across the organization of TGB. Pros

  • Audio-video meeting
  • Instant messaging
  • File sharing
  • Effective collaboration
  • Easy to use and better user-interface

Cons

  • I do not see any improvement areas for this application

Zoho Meeting is best suited for any organization which requires more collaboration with the customers or relevant stakeholders in terms of promoting the business or better decision making. This application serves the exact purpose of collaboration and if anyone requires more return on investment then Zoho Meeting can come to the help.

A great tool for Video Conferencing

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are an Ed-Tech Start-up. We provide courses on various topics like App development, website development (Frontend and Backend), Cloud, graphic designing, UI/UX and many more. We keep live sessions on various apps like Zoom, Gotomeeting, Ms teams, Google Meet, Zoho and many more. It keeps on changing based on our partner/speaker feedback and student feedback. After all client satisfaction is the prime motto. Zoho Meeting is usually used by the speaker/mentor for their sessions. We also sometimes use it for internal meets (after all everything is virtual now). The biggest advantage of such tools is that they come handy when some of your other tools don't work.

Pros

  • Can be used for Business meets, internal team meets, mentorship session with students.
  • It has integrated calendar application and RSVP scheduling feature
  • Great tool for presentations and product promotions

Cons

  • Free version is not that useful, so need to use paid version only.
  • Customer support isn't available by phone, need to use docs or guides to understand the application
  • Limit on number of people attending session. This is something I face issues with lot of online meet tools.

Likelihood to Recommend

I feel it has been very useful, like the screen share feature [during presentation] for me has been great. Very easy to navigate and use. Can use it from desktop browser as well, which is a great feature. Also free version is not that useful, so need to use the paid version to get max features (number of participants, recording).

Practical tool for video conference.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We mainly use Zoho Meeting to organize online meetings and improve communication between departments in our company. But we also use it to provide technical support to customers who need more attention to resolve their concerns about our services and products. Currently this service is implemented in all departments of our company to improve communication between co-workers and improve work productivity. This service is of great help to our company. Since it allows us to always be in communication and thus improve the response time to problems and solve them quickly.

Pros

  • I like the option of being able to share my desktop screen with the people in the room. This option is very useful for showing what to do when someone has a problem and needs to know how to fix it.
  • I also find the option of polls and voting very useful. This option is very useful to determine the best idea to implement on the topic discussed at that moment.

Cons

  • One of the negative aspects of this service is that there is no user or meeting management when you are in one videoconference.
  • Another negative aspect of Zoho Meeting is that the chat and messaging option does not exist in the middle of a webinar or video conference.

Likelihood to Recommend

I consider this service to be very useful for dealing with any work-related issue. In this way, it improves communication, efficiency, and productivity throughout the organization. I cannot imagine a scenario where this tool can be misused. But it certainly shouldn't be used for personal purposes.

Simple and affordable solution for small businesses

Rating: 7 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We were at the initial stage looking for a online meeting facility and we picked Zoho Meeting because we were already being using their other services such as Zoho Mail. Basically we used Zoho Meeting for our day to day online meetings and team discussions. And also Zoho Meeting was the cheapest option we could find at that moment. Zoho was a reliable company so we thought Zoho Meeting would be a good choice for the company.

Pros

  • Interactive web meetings with audio & video conferencing
• Screen sharing and application sharing options, remote access to other devices
  • Host engaging webinars including audio & video, polls and recording features

Cons

  • Their free version is limited only for 3 meeting participants with 10 webinar attendees
  • They're lacking proper HD video support for meetings and webinars
  • They're also missing whiteboard option and interactive screen sharing option is also falls behind the competition

Likelihood to Recommend

If you're looking for an online meeting facility for a start-up company, I think Zoho Meeting is a good choice because of their low prices. It's not suitable for big organizations because of their inconsistency with the audio video quality and lacking so many extra features which their competitors offers. Their webinar package also looks promising but at the moment you can have very limited number of attendees at a time.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Zoho is being used extensively in and throughout the company. We are using not only Zoho Meeting for our daily operations but also other apps by Zoho like Zoho sheets and Zoho drive. Compliance is really smooth and everything works [very] well together independently and compatibly. Calls are very good quality.

Pros

  • Good calling platform
  • Compatible
  • User-friendly
  • Easy to use

Cons

  • User interface
  • Requires download
  • Less popular

Likelihood to Recommend

So we integrate Zoho Meeting with other Zoho platforms such as Zoho sheets and Zoho drive. This works pretty well for us as we are hugely dependent on presentations and drive storage. It is easy to use for groups as well as webinars. Been using it for 2 years now.
