Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am using this app from last one year. I have used this app for various purposes like attending the meeting, webinar sometimes. This tool is so simple to use and its interface is very very user friendly. To schedule a meeting or a webinar is quite simple. We just need to click on new meeting and fill the details and mention the emails address for the joinee. To attend the meeting is also very simple, we just need to enter the meeting key to join. We are using this tool for the meeting purpose in my organization.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Very very simple to use
Audio quality is very much clear
We have the recording facility with this tool, so we can record the meeting or webinar for the future purpose
We get the upcoming meeting and past meeting in the home page so we have less chance to miss any meeting.
we can share the screen and can give the control to others as well.

Cons

It's interface is not that attractive.
We need a good bandwidth for this tool to use.
Since, we get the 14 days trial only so you need to pay for this app .
They charges as per the user and joinee.

Return on Investment

This tool is very simple to use.
Meeting initiation is quite easy.
Audio and video quality is amazing but we need little good bandwidth.
I have used this tool for interview purpose as well .

Alternatives Considered

Skype for Business (formerly Lync)

I have used Skype for business as well and I think Skype is far better than Zoho Meeting. The problem with Skype is it requires very high bandwidth to use as compared to Zoho Meeting.

I have used so many tools in my career journey so far like Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, IBM sometimes, Zoom, Zoho Meeting etc. Every tool has some unique feature and I feel Zoho Meeting is one of the most user-friendly to use among them all. But the is some drawback as well with this tool like its interface not that attractive and it required little high bandwidth to use.

I have used this tool for my first ever online interview and my first experience was amazing. I have also used so many tools in my 5 years career journey so far like Skype for business, Microsoft Teams, IBM sometimes, Zoom, Zoho etc. Every tool has some unique feature and I feel Zoho is one of the most user-friendly too among the all. But the is some drawback as well with this tool like its interface not that attractive and it required little high bandwidth to use.

We can use this tool for the meetings, webinars, conferences purposes. This is quite simple tool and very much user-friendly. You will get all your upcoming and past meetings on the home page only so there is less chance of missing any meetings. To create a new meeting is also very simple we just need the email ID for the joinee and if we want to join the meeting we just need the meeting key. I loved this tool. But this tool is not free. you will get only 14 days trial and then you have to pay as per the user and joinee.
