Scaling Strategic Growth and 1000 Business Legacies via NextLevel Marketing Consultancy.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As founder of NextLevel Marketing Consultancy, I use Zoho Social to manage our mission of building 1,000 business legacies by 2030. We focus on scaling growth for partners in the healthcare, legal, and small business sectors. The primary problem this tool solves is fragmented visibility. We believe growth happens when content is actually consumed, which only occurs when the strategy is perfectly aligned with the target group. Zoho Social helps us bridge that gap by reaching the right audience at the right time.

Pros

  • Professional precision needed to align our content strategy with specific target groups.
  • The process of ensuring content is consumed by the right audience at the right time is key to our growth.
  • Platform is a vital tool for scaling our mission.

Cons

  • Mobile interface can sometimes feel a bit limited compared to the desktop version.
  • Slight learning curve for new team members.
  • Initial setup for specific client approval workflows can take some time.

Return on Investment

  • Workflow efficiency.
  • Strategic alignment with TG.
  • Monitor visibility while on the move between meetings.

Best Social Posting Platform

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I run 8 social media accounts for my organization. As we grow the ability to keep up with what platform gets what post where and when started becoming too hard to handle. Zoho allows me to ensure that all my platforms are easily planned and posted. I know I have only scratched the surface of what Zoho provides, but I'm already so happy I have it.

Pros

  • Calendar Post Planning
  • Edits to scheduled posts by platform
  • AI assistance

Cons

  • I honestly cannot answer this one, since I use such a small slice of the Zoho pizza lol

Return on Investment

  • Good post timing options based on social media contact
  • Great analytics. These analytics are sent to my board and the expansion of what I can give them is great.

Zoho Social is Perfect for My Needs

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Zoho Social is easy to use. I especially like the way I can schedule bulk posts and tailor them to each social media account.

Pros

  • Allows me schedule bulk posts
  • Guides me through setting up posts
  • Analytics

Cons

  • One area may be to allow full use of the promotion time. Mine ended a day early for some reason and I had to inquire about it.

Return on Investment

  • I cannot really comment on ROI for my business because that is not my intent in using Zoho Social at this time. I only wanted a convenient way to bulk post to my social media channels.

Do social for [...].

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Zoho Social is a very useful tool for social media management, and we use it for social media management purposes. This tool is very useful for marketing teams. The scheduling feature is the most liked feature by me, and we can schedule for 1 month, 3 months, 5 months, or a whole year across all the platforms.

Pros

  • Scheduling
  • Cross-platform posting
  • Messaging

Cons

  • Subscription management
  • Cross-platform posting should be simple.

Return on Investment

  • Cost per employee for scheduling is greater than Zoho Social.
  • Managing all messages in one place is very good to go, and that reduces the time.
  • See all analytics in one part.
