Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Virtual Office

We use this product for our direct office lines and on our mobile phones. This product allows us to have flexible office hours and work from remote locations while still having access to our office number.
  • The mobile app is extremely easy to use on the go
  • The set up was easy
  • The sound quality is great through the mobile app
  • The mobile app does not always connect for incoming calls. I am not sure where the issue is but it seems to be an issue for most of us.
  • I didn't make the decision to use the service but our SF office uses it daily.
The ability to have access to my office line when I am not physically in the office is great! The issue with the connection on the incoming calls on the mobile app is the only issue I have with the platform.
