8x8 address the problem we have at work where we were unable to take our desk phones home without a site to site link to our home router. With 8x8 we are able to pick up our phone and take this anywhere to work from whether its home or at a different desk in the office for a change of scenery, its great.

8x8 Work is very user-friendly. It has all of the features I need to get my work done without any issues. I love that I can either use the desktop app or my desk phone too! It even has texting features on the app if you can't use the desk phone or if the person isn't available to speak. Highly recommend 8x8 Work!

8x8 Work is very easy to use and has several features to call and text with others. 8x8 Work is the fastest means to communicate with the employees in our organization most especially the drivers. Making use of the contacts for everyone in the organization is most beneficial. The app also has the capability to warm transfer as well as place a call on hold. The voicemail feature is clear. The fax is working good. Another best feature is the call recording. It's a life-saver!

We purchased 8x8 Work to replace our current Cisco Phone System- We were looking for a good VOIP system to replace the physical server- The idea was to obtain a system that was easier to configure and maintain- When we first started down this road we didn't realize we would lose our physical desk phones in the process but that has not been a huge deal for us-

We switched from an on premises phone switch to 8x8 Work in the cloud. This product has been so successful in all aspects of our business. It is so much easier to maintain and configure than the Cisco phone system. I would recommend any company to make the switch to 8x8 Work. It took our users a little bit to get used to it, but now they love it.

We are a primarily remote company, with employees all over the map, and with 8x8 it allows our employees to stay connected by having virtual office phone numbers. I really love the 8x8 Admin Work Center where a user with admin rights can have control over various options for employees.

We utilize 8x8 for conference calls, meetings, scheduling appointments, and with the 8x8 app answering calls from our personal cell phone without giving out our personal number. In my department (HR) we utilize the text function to reach out to potential candidates and never miss a call even when away from our desk. We are able to forward calls to another associate, page function instead and recording our meetings for easy note taking.

The Center for Family Services of PBC was relying on a outdated POTS-based PBX and phones. The system was old enough that parts could only be obtained by cannibalizing another unit. We needed modern VoIP solution, and as a nonprofit, one with a low up-front cost for the upgrade.

We use 8x8 as our contact center provider. We have added the 8x8 app to our Zendesk omnichannel platform for operational ease. We rarely have outages or failures with 8x8 or the interface we use. The app was very easy to set up and the 8x8 onboarding team was incredibly helpful. Combining these products streamlined our daily operations immensely.

We use 8x8 Work to communicate with our customers and colleagues. Also we use the outbound and inbound calling features along with domestic and international calling options which makes it easy for us to communicate with international customers. Our main scope is customer survey calls and customer support calls, so we expect calls 24x7. Another feature that addresses our problem is integration with CRM and voicemail.

We've replaced our entire VOIP infrastructure with 8x8 Work, and have improved productivity of the IT team not having to manage on premises servers, and having an extra line of support for anything that may come up! Unifying our mobile devices with our VOIP solution also extends the functionality of our phone system without having to rely on separate solutions to interoperate. Overall a time saver!

We use 8x8 X Series across most of our chain of car dealerships and associated businesses. We intend to gradually extend it to the whole organization as pbx systems age out. We chose 8x8 because it seemed to be a solid middle-ground between the most expensive options in the market and some of the smaller operations. After a bad experience with a PRI outage, we were looking for something VOIP so that we weren't dependent on a single carrier's circuit into our building. It was intended as a business continuity play in case of major outage or facility disruption such as a fire. We began implementation early in 2020, and it turned out to be a great pandemic solution. As people were sent to work-from-home they could take their voice communications with them. When facilities had to be closed for disinfection, people could take their communication with them. When people had to quarantine due to COVID exposure, they could still be seamlessly connected to the business.

We use 8x8 for our U.S. team. We have used it overseas in years past as well but don't anymore. It allows us to still have a virtual presence even though we haven't been in a physical office setting in almost two years. We use the auto attendant feature to route calls and the virtual interface to check voicemails.

We use 8x8 X Series for upgrading old telephones systems to new ucaas.We port thier numbers into 8x8 X Series and provide appplication training.We also add new numbers to the account as per requirement.We use latest 8x8 X Series functions to make complex things into simple and easy to use.We also port the old carrier telephone numbers into 8x8 X Series, where physical phones start working on 8x8 X Series.

We are an insurance agency, we use them for phones and fax service. The phones are good, being able to get calls from my personal phone is nice. Fax could be better, we can only send from one shared account, and receiving them is cluttered. Overall they are good, and the times I've called with problems they fixed them pretty quickly.

The level of customization with 8x8 Work and support for older equipment is unmatched

The 8x8 is used in the company by our team of operators to make and answer calls and send messages. There are some inconveniences at the moment of activating the messages, this can take from 2 to 4 days.This causes us inconveniences and delays in the responses to our customers.
