Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series

We use 8X8 for office line and are able to quickly manage and direct calls to the appropriate departments. Call quality is great based on our internet and location. While in the field it is easy to navigate and transfer calls to our office and other field personnel the record call function helps tremendously..

Callers select wrong department and we are able to to redirect quickly and with a positive experience for callers. While holding true to our guarantee of a live person answering incoming calls during buiness hours. We have had a reduced number of complaints and voicemails unanswered by employees which has ramped up productivity.
