Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)
We use 8x8 to both allow our sales staff to communicate with each other as well as clients. We also use it to allow corporate staff to make and receive calls. It allows our staff to be completely mobile while still being reachable.

We previously used the Allworx on-site VOIP system. Having migrated away from Allworx, we are finding the administration of 8x8 very similar, so we came from a background of VOIP administration. Using that experience, helped us transition to 8x8 very easy. Also, not being tied to internal hardware made for a better, more flexible deployment.

It's great for mobile staff and staff working from home. Its also good for office deployments, and it is very easy to administer from an IT perspective. Its well suited on a variety of scales, from a small single office, small staff scenarios as well as multi-site corporations. It works well in tandem with the call center applications.
