Overall Satisfaction with Abila MIP Fund Accounting
We began using MIP in 1999. It was the Tribe's first automated system. We use the General Ledger, Payroll, Forms Designer and Accounts Payable. We have 9 administrative users and about 30 executive view users. It is being used by most of the Tribal Government. It is used to generate financial statements on a tribal wide basis as well as program by program. It addresses the issue of all employees being able to see the status of their unique program at any point in time. This saves many trees.
The response time for calling in to have issues addressed is about 30 minutes on a good day.
