Overall Satisfaction with Abila MIP Fund Accounting

MIP is used by our accounting department for payroll and grant management. It solves the everyday issues of tracking employee benefits. We have not implemented the web portal but are looking to implement this portion very soon.

Pros

  • It simplifies financial reports that are needed.
  • Makes processing payroll a breeze.

Cons

  • Integrate Outlook contacts when sending reports.
  • Wait time for support is too long.
  • It has streamlined accounting processes.
[It] integrates very well into our timeclock system. When needing immediate help, wait times are extremely long for support.
