Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

We use the Absorb LMS system to onboard our Homeowner Candidates into our Homeowner program, which has regular cycles through the year. HOCs are required to complete a certain amount of "Sweat Equity" hours, which is enabled by the LMS system. The system has allowed us to streamline our courses, as well as all reporting on the outcomes.

Absorb create has allowed us to streamline our courses and improve our grading methods to allow us fewer hours spent on the back end. Additionally, the reporting function is greatly improved from what we were using previously.
Support is extremely helpful. Our onboarding expert was fantastic at walking us through the entire process and showing us how to do everything. When I've needed anything else from the normal support, they have been extremely responsive.

Absorb LMS is extremely well suited to organizations that require their staff to go through training of some sort, whether that be compliance or just on the companies policies. It is also suitable to organizations that run similar programs to ours, where they have external learners that needs to learn and be graded on a significant amount of material.
