Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

We build a curriculum with video assignments (Create), ILCs for live sessions, and quizzes (Create). Our course is entirely online so having a portal where the students can complete all their assignments and see their progress in one place is very helpful.

  • mass updates to ILCs
  • sometimes video assignments are glitchy
  • sometimes my admin access still doesn't let me do all the things
  • allowed us to create a new training from scratch with great success
  • streamlined admin workflow
  • positive feedback and engagement fro students
I've been very happy with everything I use it for, we will be exploring different uses of it in the future and our Absorb contact has already provided us with training content she thought would be useful to us.
  • Content Creation (Absorb Create)
Create allows us to create video assignments and quizzes, which make up a majority of our curriculum. We would like to take more advantage of all the other features Absorb offers such as the Reporting and Insights
Melissa W. is our Absorb contact and she has been fantastic. She always updates us with new features that Absorb rolls out and specifically highlights the new features that she thinks would be helpful for what we use Absorb for. She checks in with us periodically to see if we need anything, and we greatly appreciate her knowledges and attention.

It's a great resource to develop any online based training. It's intuitive for the user, shows all the assignments in one place, you can lock future assignments so everything gets completed in order, there are tons of ways to customize and automate email reminders and communications.
