Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

We use Absorb to host our learning material for our consumers. it allows us to provide articles to our learners and quiz them on their knowledge. We test how well they know the material in order to maintain their certification.

Pros

  • Customer service when there are questions or issues
  • customizable platform
  • Being able to sync with our other platform

Cons

  • the view change and mobile friendly version of our learning tool could be more user friendly.
  • being able to attach evaluation questions to transcript information
  • being able to edit a course once published without effecting users who have already finished the course.
  • improved learner engagement
  • streamlined employee onboarding process
  • positive feedback from our learners with new platform
overall user friendly.
Our support team has been incredibly helpful. Melissa is our number one contact. She is responsive, helpful ,friendly, and informative. If she doesn't know something she finds the right person to provide the answer or connect us to.

Absorb has been able to provide us with what we needed. It doesn't give us everything we need but pretty close.
