Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

At TMU, we use Absorb LMS as a centralized hub for all learning initiatives. It serves as a one-stop shop for learners, admins and leaders. The scope of our use case spans required elearning, instructor led courses, workshops and EDI related initiatives, covering the full training cycle from configuring courses, enrolling users, tracking completion and generating reports for leadership insights.

The Lms is generally very intuitive, with a clean interface that makes it easy for learners to navigate and access their training. Admins find the course management and reporting features useful, though there can be a learning curve when configuring more advanced settings. I also find lots of value in its report feature that can be utilized for leadership.
Whenever I reached out, Melissa has been responsive and helpful in helping us figure out the issues. The Absorb knowledge articles are also very useful for quick answers.
