Acquia Digital Experience Platform: A Game Changer for Personalized Customer Engagement

We picked the Acquia Digital Experience Platform as our main content management system (CMS) and digital experience platform (DXP) that allows us to easily create, manage, and deliver digital experiences across multiple channels (web, linkedIn, email) and devices. It helped us to create engaging and personalized digital experiences for customers, manage and deliver content super easily, and integrate with other systems and platforms. We mostly used the platform for website development and management, digital marketing, customer engagement and quotation.

The speed at which content can be deployed across digital channels with Acquia Digital Experience Platform is dependent on the content complexity. Generally we had hired an external group to setup the DXP platform and we have well-designed and properly configured Acquia Digital Experience Platform implementation, so we are able to deploy content across digital channels relatively quickly. In terms of personalization and customer engagement, Acquia Digital Experience Platform has the functionality to do so however we haven't utilised those features as much since the service offerings are very specific to the industry. In saying that, we did notice improved engagement with customers, customer loyalty and retention.
