Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

AC is the software we use for all of our email campaigns. The fortune is in the follow-up and that is exactly what ActiveCampaign does for us. The automation is simple and easy to understand and the emails sent are beautiful. I have two companies that use ActiveCampaign. One is a product-based e-commerce business and we use it to follow up on our sales funnels. The other is an information product.

Pros

  • Email builder: Drag and drop and design functionality.
  • Funnels easy to use.

Cons

  • Email templates are not the most aesthetic.
  • A mobile app that notifies me of new subscribers, messages, or events in my automation.
  • Sends bulk emails that can be customized with HTML for our brand.
  • Allows you to tag contacts for easy lists.

Heard about this CRM at a Financial Advisors conference and they raved about it. I got home and purchased it within the week. I would recommend ActiveCampaign to other advisors. Anything that can replace manpower with automation is better for our bottom line. There are so many details in client acquisition that this makes it easier to keep things moving and nothing falls through the cracks.
