Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We use ActiveCampaign as our primary email marketing platform and CRM tool. We use ActiveCampaign extensively for lead generation campaigns, subscriber segmentation and automations. ActiveCampaign makes all of these tasks a breeze without the need for any complex integration or coding.

- Sending limits penalises companies that send frequent emails by forcing them to upgrade to a higher subscribers tier.
- Account manager non-responsive and difficult to get hold of.
- No transactional email functionality.

ActiveCampaign offers better value than Mailchimp (which becomes very expensive as list grows). SendGrid seemed to complex to integrate.
