Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
I am a new solo entrepreneur and am just beginning using ActiveCampaign (AC) mostly as an autoresponder and as a way to capture emails. I enjoy using AC as my emails look very professional and I can see that it is robust in all that it can do but I have yet to utilize AC to a fuller capacity.
- It is always offering educational support in how to use their products and services.
- I love how I can hop on a chat and get immediate assistance.
- There are lots of tutorials that are helpful as well.
- Right now, I honestly do not know how AC can be improved.
- So far everything has been pretty simple to use in functionality or I've been given great support.
- I don't see what could be done differently.
- AC allows less work for me by automating email sequences to all opt-ins.
- AC integrates with everything I need it to.
- AC captures everyone's email and allows the user to tag and organize their lists in such a useful manner.
