Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We use ActiveCampaign to manage all of our email marketing, making use of automations, email campaigns and integrations with other business systems.
It has revolutionised the way in which we are able to communicate with prospective and existing patients, to provide them with valuable information relating to health & fitness, and encouraging them to use our blood tests to monitor their health.
The software itself is very powerful and easy to use, which were the main reasons I chose it over the competition. One aspect that we could not have predicted before purchasing the software is the quality of the support and onboarding - every member of the ActiveCampaign team that we have dealt with has been exceptionally helpful in enabling us to get the most out of the software - this has made a huge difference in the value we get from the system and really sets ActiveCampaign apart from other software that we use.
All in all, we are very happy with ActiveCampaign and we plan to continue to extend its use across the organisation as we move forwards.
