I use the financial side of Acumatica, Banking, AP, AR. We moved to Acumatica because it is in the cloud.
Pros
- Ability to drill down on transactions for research
- Ability to import backup into Acumatica
- Easy to enter invoices in both AR and AP
- Financial and Cash Management

- Reporting is not the best
- Security is very challenging to set up
- New users are challenging to set up
- Positive impact on our accounting office so we can work from home if needed

Acumatica VAR/Partner
Our VAR was able to create an Add-On to Acumatica for us to use. We are a religious organization so we did not need some of the other modules.
We also evaluated Sage Intacct. We chose Acumatica for ease of use and our VAR highly recommended it

It was more user-friendly than the other systems we looked at. Our VAR really loves Acumatica and knows our business so she recommended. Pricing is great as well!
Nothing really, Acumatica is really one of the best systems. We evaluated around 3 other systems and found that Acumatica checks all the boxes. Their pricing is great. Other systems we've had, their pricing is based per user and that gets complicated. Our VAR wrote an add-on for us and it is so awesome the way it integrates with Acumatica and allows several users.
