Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica for the Financial Management of our organization. We handle 12 different sets of financial companies within our denominational organization. A custom AR module was created for our churches to remit payments easily. The unlimited number of users that Acumatica offers made this possible for over 1100 churches to log in and make payments.
  • Ease of dragging documents into transactions has made our office paper free
  • Use of Excel to export any detail that we need, particularly to reconcile balance sheet accounts
  • The cloud environment is sooo wonderful! Coming out of the pandemic we value the cloud environment.
  • Security is really challenging. Would love to have a user friendly development of the security and user role features.
  • More training and resources on generic inquires and dashboards.
  • Need to allow Company ID to be different in AR module from AP module for banking purposes.
  • Greatest ROI is the value to our employees who can access the cloud and we can be more flexible with working remotely.

We handle many sets of financial companies so we can manage each in the various tenants and companies and allow outside managers to view their information.
Acumatica's cloud base is a key to success. Exports to Excel make getting information easy to access.

Great solution for a large denomination like the United Methodist Church where we need a robust system in the cloud with the CRM to help us manage people, churches, and activities.

Using Acumatica

Acumatica is set up so the screens are tailors to the user. We love being paperless. The integration with third party vendors makes Acumatica even better.

  • We use Accounts Payable and love the most recent update that offers OCR to read the vouchers and invoices.
  • We use Banking and now utilize bank feeds to bring in the transactions from our bank account. We have more than 10 bank accounts and so that is alot of transactions everyday. Bank feeds makes this process so much easier.
  • Our VAR developed a special module for us where our customers ' churches' can logon and see their statement and remit a payment. So easy!
  • Payroll is a bit challenging and a bit too manual.
