Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

I use the sales order and purchasing modules as well as the CRM function and projects. Prior to having Acumatica we used multiple different softwares and each task required multiple unnecessary steps. We used to have to go between multiple programs and files just for one order and now everything is one place.

Creating an lead, to an oppurtunity to a sales order, and invoice. Having the ability to track in one place an order and from the first meeting with a customer to the invoicing and payment makes tracking and helping customers easier
