Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use for AP, billing, general ledger, financial reporting, and purchase orders. We moved from Quickbooks to Acumatica for scalability and increased workflow capabilities.
Pros
- Love the copy and paste feature in all of the modules which helps greatly with repetitive transactions.
- General functions are user friendly and learned quickly.
- Workflow approvals and notifications help employees stay on top of action items.
Cons
- Scrolling feature in journal entries cuts off halfway down the screen. Causes more scrolling than necessary.
- Some errors, specifically intercompany errors aren’t registered until going through the posting update. Then it has to be corrected and sometimes start from scratch but resent for approval.
- Manual approval process to automated for approval workflow

We still have some notification Setups that need to happen to help with a better customer experience.
Acumatica is not specifically used for my industry.
