Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We are currently using Acumatica for Projects and Accounting, while working towards implementing CRM and Manufacturing. Acumatica is allowing all companies and departments to be on the same system which we have never been able to do in the past.

Just implemented, still trying to determine full benefits to customers.
We are currently using Construction and Accounting, with the plan to move forward with CRM and Manufacturing. Allows all departments and companies to be on the same system.

We have having issues as a specialty subcontractor with certain things that affect our day to day with lack of support in how to make things work for us, not against us. Might be more on the knowledge provided from our VAR verses Acumatica, but we need direct support from Acumatica which we are not receiving, other than from members in the community.
