Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

Financial consolidation, price/volume analysis by item, project estimating, and field service dispatch
  • Company consolidation
  • The calendar board in field service can be difficult to view for greater than one day
  • No gantt style calendar for projects
  • Ability to see full company financial picture in one place

Accounting team has access to the data they need now — we use Acumatica for all of our operations.
We use Acumatica to schedule appointments for our customers. We like that it is fully integrated with our financials, unlike ServiceTitan.

The configuration is critical. I think Acumatica is a great system if set up right. Set up can be challenging without the right partner.
