Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use to manage: Accounting, Supply chain, Sales orders, inventory, warehouse. We had a poor ERP system before with limited controls and abilities. Problems connecting to our 3pls and EDI. Limited ability to automate and customize the system. A vendor who was not responsive to the customers. Not built on a platform we supported.

  • Better mobile interface the current one is difficult to use
  • Improve PO to sales order connections. The current function is difficult to change sales orders or POs
  • We are currently still reviewing it.
4-6 months
We use it to manage all our business processes. From order to cash and procure to pay. Manage warehousing vendors, import process, cashflow. It integrates with our bank for invoice management as well.
Could not find any ERP that we review on your list. It was up against GP, SAGE, Netsuitys.

For people who need easy reporting and the ability to customize the system to meet their needs it is well suited. If your company does not have the IT and Accounting staff with some knowledge of basic business principles this system may be overwhelming.
