We use it to manage the entire business. Sales, purchasing, inventory, production, everything.
- That it's a cloud-based TRP. For us, the open API is very useful for us. Simple, easy to use, solves our basic needs without any customization.
- Manufacturing suite. You have all the time. So for the Manufacturing edition, you're able to have negative issues that are unlimited and are not balanced into a job that needs to be improved. The mobile app itself for warehouse picking and management sets the default item to one. This is not how most warehouses that I've ever worked at operate. Bomb hierarchy and respectful of child elements. These are nitty gritty elements, but these are kind of down-and-dirty items that need to improve. But overall it's pretty good.
- I think overall right now we're still trying to get a better return out of it by maximizing our usage of the software. But that's a people problem, not a software problem. But overall positive ROI.

In the context of our industry, it's very generic. I mean, we're a manufacturer, we're the cosmetic and personal care products. We changed the way we operate to make it work with the software and it works.
