Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica to manage parts inventory. We integrate with Shopify and Magento as well as EDI networks. Acumatica allows all our staff and warehouse to maintain a single source of truth and to quickly pack and ship our products.

Cons

  • WMS system is lacking in pick/put away path optimization.
  • Permissions system can be clunky

The single source of truth and ability to integrate with online shopping platforms has been amazing.
We sell parts. Acumatica enables us to use customizations to build advanced cross reference systems and customize pricing on a per-customer basis.
