Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

Run general and project accounting functions in the construction space. Track and administer subcontracts and purchase orders, including AP, change orders, and compliance.

1 - You need someone well versed in Acumatica, but also familiar with database management in general, IT, operations and accounting. I suggest you also separate in-house support into 'management' and 'technical support' in order to best optimize the resources you will need.
  • Hold all the summary financial data for all projects
  • Subcontractor administration/AP
  • Purchase order management/AP
  • Compliance items; tracking insurance certificate expiration dates
  • Being able to customize different dashboards and inquiries for various team members
  • Project Management functionality
  • building and optimizing additional dashboards
  • using some of the ISV that integrate into the program
overall happy with the program and looking forward to becoming more efficient in our use of the software as a customer
