Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

In our organization, we use Acumatica to Review sales orders, create move transaction, create shipments and invoicing.

Pros

  • Transaction detailing on production orders
  • Make changes when needed on Sales orders
  • Great with invoicing

Cons

  • Tabs could have the the details on the open window
  • More permission graining
  • More reports
  • When we have tickets in with Acumatica it takes longer to get resolved
  • Great with user accountability
  • Live data is always great

We will be using more reporting and functions of Acumatica in the near future.
