Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use Acumatica as the accounting arm of our software system. It syncs with Aspire, which is our job costing and estimating software.
It handles the output for most of the information that comes from Aspire and our job costing.
We probably under utilize it as we are new to the system, so hopefully with some add ons from the conference, we can better utilize the software.

Pros
- The user interface is clear
- I think it handles multi-level entities well
Cons
- changing basic information for processed items, simple things like dates or amounts, feels as though no human error is allowed for
- Financial reporting can't be customized easily
- payable process is clunky with larger volume of transactions
- I haven't been using Acumatica long enough to have an opinion on this.

I haven't used Acumatica for long enough to have too strong an opinion, but feel improvements could be made at the user level for simple mistakes such as date or amount errors that have been processed, but can't simply be changed in an open period.
