Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
I personally use Acumatica for accounting and finance including AP, AR, and reporting.

- Ability to drop emails into sales orders.
- Acumatica has allowed us to have more accurate reporting.
- The ability to link SOs and POs allows for fewer errors.
- Acumatica has allowed our outside salesmen real-time access to information while out of the office.

The ability to provide them with information regarding their order is much easier than with our previous ERP system. Invoicing and providing credit memos have made our accounting functions much more efficient. The ability to follow an order from the quote stage to invoicing has provided invaluable information.
We are in the distribution industry and have many government contracts. Acumatica allows us to keep all the required information together for future access. Our government department has different requirements and workflows than our other departments. Acumatica will enable us to create specific workflows for each department to meet their requirements.
