Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica for all financial functions and project billing. Acumatica solves the issue of sign off of large expenses by workflow approval mapping. Also we no longer have to have physical paper financial records due to the excellent file storage capabilities of the software.

The project billing is how we track our grants and that really helps - I wish there was a project to GL translated report.

Workforce Go!, DocuSign
Financial records storage, workflows and approvals, notifications, customized reports and dashboards.
Clean up of old data is hard to achieve due to closed projects or GL accounts I don t have experience using Acumatica as a CRM
