Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use it to help run our MEL businesses after making a switch from a legacy solution. Being able to provide access to real time data and make decisions quicker. Having the access to all the data and finding new ways to utilize that data to make better informed decisions.

Pros

  • Real time data views.
  • Transparency in job costing
  • Routing the expenses where they need to be

Cons

  • Have the “dummy” screen pop outs
  • Can’t click back to the previous screen
  • More rows per page instead of having to page through rows
  • Less time on tasks
  • Improved insight

Having the ability to have all their projects information, transactions, etc. in one place allows us to answer questions in real time.
