Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

I use in Logistics. I track inventory levels, eom inventory, receiving, distribution. I also conduct cycle counts

I haven't used it. However, I see the value based on the demo. Huge time saver, and user friendly for new users. Learning curve is shortened
We monitor the time between pick ticket submission and actual delivery. This helps with KPI monitoring and customer service levels
I use in Warehouse and Inventory Management. Looking forward to bringing on ABC Warehousing,. It would seem that other departments, such as Sales have the ability to process an order without the Warehouse. There should be some type of report to identify when this occurs to avoid eom discrepancies.

Inventory works well in conjunction with Accounts Payable. However, amending serial numbers seems particularly difficult. Also UoM incorrectly configured originally, needs improvement
