Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

Core financials, procurement, order to cash, supply chain management.

Pros

  • Intuitive UI
  • Easy to implement
  • Good overall performance
  • Good out-of-box functionality

Cons

  • Security Role Screens need improvement
  • Purchase Order screen should be able to allow you to filter the Owner field
  • Sending a PO should bring in all file attachments in the email to be sent to the vendor, instead of only the PO PDF
  • faster GL close
  • less problems with purchase requisition approvals
Acumatica has made the procurement process much simpler and straightforward than our former SAP ERP application.
We are a small biotech firm and for our industry we don't use Acumatica any different because of our industry.
