I am a new user to the system however I am looking at using the system to upload revenue from other guest service systems

The posting of information and the retrieval of financials for executives on a daily basis is what the board and executive want and need.
I need a document that flows through the approval process then sets up the accounts for said project. Fund accounting and rules that follow this process are required by state statutes
