Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica as a full service ERP for retail and distribution. We are able to have more visibility into our sales data and upcoming projects.

Pros

  • Inventory management
  • Sales process out of the box is simple
  • Managing multiple warehouses is easier

Cons

  • More UI features for sales
  • Transfer backorders between warehouses isn't intuitive
  • Easy tracking of margin
  • Time management
We are better able to forecast and plan for our customer needs in order to create a better experience.
We are able to use customizations to utilize outside data for special order inventory items that we don't want to stock and use vendor databases to ensure our information is up to date and accurate.

Acumatica is well suited for businesses where you are a hybrid such as retail/distribution. It has customization options that will fit all needs. It does a great job with out of the box reporting that will fit most needs.
