Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

As controller in my company Acumatica is used by my team to record and reconcile the daily transactions of our business. On top of that basic need, Acumatica allows us to take all those transactions and turn them into meaningful information to make business decisions in an ever evolving business market and environment. Due to Acumatica's flexibility we continue to make it work better and better for us every day.

Pros

Cons

  • general ledger detail report layout
  • being able to put a released single bill on payment hold
  • corporate credit card cycle processing
  • Invoice discount account and subaccount coding flexibility at SO level
  • 1099 processing
  • costed bill of material availability
  • Allowed us to be BOM's created - priceless impact
I have not, looking forward to trying Acumatica's AI.
The dealer portal we launched last year has made the biggest impact for our customers so far. They can quote and place orders at times convenient to them. They can also submit cases for various business needs that cue up for us to process.
Acumatica is used for recording our financials transactions from start to finish. We are able to make quick dynamic business decisions having an integrated ERP.

Acumatica is well suited for manufacturing but maybe less user friendly for businesses with manufacturing, after-market and service revenue streams all under 1 roof.
