Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use it as our ERP platform. Timecards / subcontractors/ payables / receivables. It addresses planning issues and has given us a platform that we often would need multiple platforms for.

Pros

  • AI integration
  • WIP adjustments
  • Project revenue budget planning

Cons

  • The speed of the software
  • Improved insights
  • everything all in one place
Haven't used much of the AI besides the within the payables function. It seems to work well and has sped up our payable process.
The emailing features are nice for quick notifications
It works well for project organization. Excited for the document tagging function coming out in 2026 R1
